All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery within India:

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro & remote areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours at support@bombased.com.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to you to reship (additional charges may apply).
